I have some exciting news to share — I was recently featured in Voyage Denver, a local publication that highlights entrepreneurs and small business owners across the Denver metro area. It was such an honor to be included, and I'm truly grateful for the recognition.
The piece is titled "Life & Work with Heidi Boehm of Kittredge, Colorado," and it covers my journey — how Majestic Massage got started, what my day-to-day work looks like, and what I love most about what I do. If you've ever been curious about the story behind this business, it's all in there.
The interview gave me a chance to talk about something I don't always say out loud — that starting this business wasn't part of a grand plan. It grew out of necessity during the pandemic, when I needed to find a way to keep working while keeping my family safe. Going mobile turned out to be the best decision I ever made, and I haven't looked back.
"I like to think of myself as a problem solver — when a challenge presents itself, I try to solve the problem or look at it in a different way instead of stress about it."
I also got to talk about the clients I work with — people recovering from injuries or surgery, couples who make massage part of their routine together, and groups looking for a relaxing and memorable experience. Every person I work with has a different need, and getting to show up for them in their own space is something I genuinely love about this work.
"I try to be a possible source of light to my clients."
